Phyathai 2 (BK) Upper GI Endoscopy (General Anesthesia)

Upper GI Endoscopy (Esophagogastroduodenoscopy) screening for men and women.

Important Note to customers:

All Customers should settle the full package cost for the medical screening package upon arrival at Phyathai 2 Bangkok, Thailand.

Conditions of the package:

- Package is to be applied with the patients who are deemed fit after consultation with the specialist.
- These packages cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discount programs and/or other benefits.
- Package is available at Phyathai 2 International Hospital only.

The Package Includes:

- Doctor fee for procedure.
- Anesthesiologist Fee.
- Operating Room Charges (includes OR charge, Recovery Room and Nursing Service Charges).
- Medical supplies and equipment related to the procedure (Gastroscopy Set / Colonoscopy Set, etc.).
- Medications related to the procedure.

The Package Excludes:

- Charges for other expenses not related to the procedure.
- Charges for additional investigation (radiology, laboratory test and biopsy).
- Charges for medications not related to the procedure.
- Charges for take home medications and supplies.
- Charges for accommodation/hospitalization (if applicable).
- Charges for out-patient consultation.

Patient Eligibility:

The package is applicable for elective, uncomplicated patients. Patient with the following conditions are considered to be complex or high risk cases and will not qualify for the package: Bleeding Disorders, Patients with chronic underlying medical problems such as HIV and uncontrolled diabetes, Patients with Gastro-intestinal cancer.
